I called and scheduled an appointment and they never showed up, so I called to let them know that no one ever showed and they said they would someone at 8am the next day, a few hours after 8am there was a no show again. Needless to say I am still waiting for someone to come out!

Cute Trucks and Great Service

My two small children start singing that song from the TV commercial whenever the "little green Gregory truck" pulls up in front of our house to do my quarterly pest control treatment. The TV commercial is not even running any more but my whole family can sing the song (which sometimes I can't get out of my head, which can drive me a little crazy!). But my kids love it. When we're driving around town, my four-year-old is always on the lookout for the "gween gwegowy twuck." But all that cuteness aside, my husband and I have found that Gregory is a very good local company. They do a very good job; the service guys are very clean and polite; and the price is very reasonable. Until last summer, we used a national pest control company, but we prefer to do business locally if it is good quality. And we just like the Gregory experience better. Most important is this: there are no bugs in our house. (Last year, I saw a bug in-between my scheduled treatments. I called Gregory and they sent someone out that day to spray at no charge. Now I am totally comfortable that if there is a problem they will handle it right away.)
