Science has caught up to what we have known for a long time:  When we feel ill physically it can effect us emotionally (depression, anxiety, irritability), and when we feel depressed or anxious it affects us physically (problems with sleep, eating, pain). A factor which is common to both avenues is Stress.

The Greenville Center for Mindfulness offers a variety of services to help you feel better through counseling for self and relationship understanding, but also providing you with skills to help reduce stress. We are the only office in the Upstate with a fully trained Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) specialist.

Dr. Dingledine has more than 20 years experience in providing mental health services; has taught social work at the Masters' level, provides supervision for the social work licensing exam, and is a speaker at the regional level.
