I always get cut by Sarvis so there's usually no wait

This not first class service. No one will speak to you to say someone will be right with you. You sat down and wait and wait no one says anything. So I got up and left. Poor customer service. Please I love supporting black business. Simple customer service goes a long way to make people feel special.
