After two weeks of headaches, 4 days of high fevers, two visits and one phone call to Children’s Medical Center and them doing NOTHING, I finally decided to take My son to another doctor, where he was given an antibiotic and cough medicine for a sinus infection. CMC wanted to charge $50 to transfer my kids medical records to me! When they refund the money for the two office visits where they did nothing I’ll consider it. Parents of young children...if you want them treated when they are sick avoid Children’s Medical Center at all costs. I used to love them but when their older doctors left it’s been downhill ever since. Rude office staff and office manager.
