Background I have practiced bankruptcy law in upstate South Carolina for over 25 years and have represented clients throughout the Upstate of South Carolina including Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens, Laurens and Oconee County. I graduated from Clemson University with Honors and received my law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. I am a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Greenville County Bar Association, the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. My practice is devoted strictly to bankruptcy however I also help environmental organizations on protection of public land issues.
