The ONLY part of my rental experience with Budget was that the truck I reserved earlier in the week was ready on the day I needed it.



When I arrived, I overheard one employee telling another that he could not start one of the trucks because the battery was dead. After I filled out the paperwork, I told them to be sure I did not get the one that they had just "jumped" the battery - they assured me I would not, and that if anything did happen, I could just phone them and they'd take care of it - WRONG!



I stopped on the way to pick up drinks and ice, and sure enough, the battery died! When I phoned the rental place, they would not answer the phone!



I ended up phoning the emergency number listed in the truck, and waiting over three hours for a new battery.



If you need to rent a truck for moving, DO NOT rent from this place if you want a decent vehicle and good service.
