Provided by YPmobileCalled Brian at Budget Blinds in Greenville SC requesting a quote for office blinds on Nov. 3. Once Brian was told told we were not interested in the cellular blinds the tone of our meeting changed. We were looking for helpful assistance in our decision making process. At that point he became somewhat disengaged and impatient. Brian stated he would type up a quote and have it to my husband that evening. It is Nov. 18 and we've yet to hear from him. We were very disappointed as we chose Budget based on posted customer reviews. We've since hired another blind company.
