I would give them 0 stars if it was allowed. This dealer is Horrible if you want any type of service. They tell nothing but lies to the customer. Tried to talk to the service manager Mark about a issue that I had and was filled with more lies by him.. If you like to be lied to then this is the place to go, If not I suggest you find another Dealership. This place is horrible!!!!

1 of the worse service experiences I've ever had. You'd think these so called specialist would be able to determine and pin-point the problem. Instead $500 and 2 $130 diagnose fees later and I'm still at square 1. Thanks a lot dodge I won't be coming back.

My wife and I ended up purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Big O... Are salesman Nate is the only reason they are not receiving 1 "Star" Not a good experience at all. Particularly with the Credit department. We have excellent credit and had been told they would match any ones interest rate. We could have gotten .59% from USAA and when we went in to sign the papers we were told that they could only get us 3.99% after we got over our shock and tried to quickly come up with alternative financing (at 9 pm at night) we were very rudely told by the manager Kevin that we had to make a decision (no pressure...ugg) we walked away. The next day I called and renegotiated with them and got a 0% interest.

However when we got the car you expected it to be detailed and in pristine condition (after all you just spent a fortune) nope the car was in ok condition but not what you would expect. Nate the salesman was able to take care of a couple problems but still you would have expected a lot more when you spend over $50 k on a car! Oh one more tidbit... I had a coupon from them for an additional $250 off on our trade in... They would not honor it! Really it was from your website and your tool for estimating trade in value... REALLY!!

I have always received the "Red Carpet" treatment at Big "O" Dodge on Laurens Road in Greenville, SC! They have the BEST people anywhere in the business! Car repairs seem effortless and rides to and from work are going that EXTRA mile, while my car is being repaired!!!

I, like many people have alway...

I, like many people have always been told that dealerships tend to charge more money for their mechanical services. The extra charge you receive for the labor that they added on to your bill is suppose to reflect in a well trained mechanic.

At Big O Dodge on the Motor mile the Mechanics have no clue what they are doing. Went back three times and ended up paying over 400 dollars to fix a warped rotor which they told me was something different every time. I had a window that moved up and down shaky and brought that back 3x's as well, first they said it was glued incorrectly, so they charged me to glue it, when that didn't fix it they said that it just needed lubed, when that didn't fix it they said that the channel must be warped. In the end they never fixed it.

Finally, and the biggest reason for my no stars, they replace my compressor for my AC, a month later it didn't work, I took it back to them. They told me that my evaporator core, which is up in the dashboard, was leaking. This was going to cost over 1000 dollars. I asked them several times if they had made sure it wasn't a connection from one of the hoses they had to dis and reconnect to change the compressor and they assured me it wasn't.

I took it to Goodyear and gave them O dodge's diagnostics. They called me in the morning and said it looked like the compressor had recently been changed and that it was leaking from one of the hoses where it had been reconnected.

Something very strange is going on there. That is an awful big misdiagnosis. I think I will let you come to your own conclusion.

To top this all off I have called the service manager at lease a dozen times and he has never called me back.

Don't go here. They too will charge you more for poop service. If you go here you might was well go downtown to the suspension bridge and throw your money over the edge.
