The manager Helen was extremely rude to me because she couldn't hear me. Even though I repeated myself 3 times louder each time. And then she said you need to speak up can't hear you. I said sorry and giggledo and she said NOT funny when I can't hear you. I work in customer service and you just can't treat your customers this way
