Pants still dirty and when I showed to owner he could care less he got angry he forgot I'm giving him business. Need to change attitude

They gave me one price over the phone, but charged more at the store. Poor customer service. They also do not speak English well.

Bad customer service. My clothes were still dirty. When I asked about it, they didn't care and said there was nothing they could do. Yet they have a sign on the door that says they care about customers.
