I went to love nails at 4:30 2/2/14 to get a polish change. Nail tech put foil on my nails without asking did I have on fake nails before doing it which mess my nails up so bad. Polish started coming off the next day ( shellac) was very mad because I paid $20 for nothing will not go back again!

Made 12:15 appointment. Waited an hour without service while they took other customers. Frustrating and unprofessional

5.25.13 while visiting my daughter [ECU senior] this weekend, she took me to Love's having just had a manicure 2 days ago (herself). From manicures, with shellac (gel) to pedicures to the BEST customer service, genuinely warm professional staff I recommend Loves! Will definitely be telling friends & family and be back! They're adding professional (body) massage to their services and I can't wait!
