Four Paws. What a Joke! I have never been so upset and insulted, I entrusted my 15 yr old dog to Four Paws, only to be let down in the worst way. When I picked him up he smelled of urine, his bed and bed linens saturated in urine, I called to voice my disappointment and in return was offered a free bath. Rethink your decision.

Took my dog to have the fur shaved off of him for the summer. We specified that his tail match his body, his nails be done, bathed, and deoderized. We were told that he would be walked frequently by the groomer to establish a relationship so this would be plenty of chances for a bathroom break. This did not happen. When I got him, I was told he had not been walked in HOURS. My dog ran straight for the tree outside outside and went like he hadn t gone ALL DAY. If he wasn t let out, he probably didn t. Then, when I examined the grooming job, I was horrified. His tail was not touched. His face was not faded into his body hair. It looks rather ridiculous. His body is the worst, though. There are lines where you can see the clippers went. The part under his neck is down to the scalp where other parts are a centimeter or two in length. We are going to have to do work at home to make him look presentable. Considering that I rate my dog s comfort over asthetics, the fact that I m this put off by it says something. On top of that, they charged me almost $100 and his nails haven t been filed, so they are crazy dangerous to me and my furniture! The one plus is that he smelled pretty good. A quick spray job, I m sure.

Great!

Great service and reasonably priced. I board my dog there quite often. Great staff but need to make reservations early as they fill up quick. Would recommend to anyone in the greenville area.
