Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They take 3 weeks to deliver gas never answer the phone and take 6 weeks to pick the tank up when you decide to get a better provider. The tanks also are tacky instead of having a professional decal they spray paint upg on it free handed

Recently had a negative experience with this company around the first of March. Gas was delivered and individual later stated that he noticed that regulator was keeping a noise, but continued to supply 200 gallons of gas in a 250 capacity tank. I noticed later a strong smell of gas late that night, but it was so late that I figured some must have spilled when it was being delivered. Smell was still strong around 5:30am the next morning. I started calling the company as soon as it opened and got the answering service who directed me to the same company out of Wilson even though I told her that I was a customer of Greenville. It took over a month of asking to talk with the owner for someone to finally offer me more than $38.20 for ~90 gallons of lost gas. Terrible customer service and passing the buck and promising to call back soon and never returning call. Thank God, no one at my house smokes or a smoker stopped by.

HAVE HAD THIS COMPANY FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS NOW . UNTIL NOW EVERYTHING HAS BEEN FINE ...I DID SAY UNTIL NOW......CALLED THEM LAST FRIDAY, THEN ON MONDAY....PUT IN MY ORDER ,WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE DELIVERED BY WEDNESDAY NO ONE CAME , THURSDAY I WENT OUT TO THE OFFICE BECAUSE THEIR PHONE WAS NOT WORKING .... EVEN PAID FOR MY PROPANE IN ADVANCE ...TOLD ME IT WOULD BE HERE THAT DAY.. NO SHOW..... WELL WAITED ALL DAY FRIDAY .NO SHOW ...

CALLED THE EMERGENCY NUMBER THIS MORNING ... THEY COULD NOT FIND THE NUMBER TO GET ANYONE ......SO IT IS DECEMBER I HEAT AND COOK WITH GAS SO I AM A YEAR ROUND CUSTOMER NOT JUST A WINTER ONLY ..... HERE IS THE THING ...THEY CHARGE 35.00 IF YOUR TANK GIVES OUT ,THEY HAVE TO DO A SO -CALLED PRESSURE TEST TO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR!!! EQUIPMENT IS OPERATING PROPERLY ,,,, WELL WELL
