Can't give a low enough rating. Had to give 1 star for program to accept my comments. Called to speak with the principle of this business concerning his capacity as trustee of a trust benefitting a client that both of us are supposed to serve. (client is disabled) In twenty three years in the real estate profession, after working with countless accountants and attorneys, I have never experience a level of rudeness as I did in that call. I barely got a single word in and after finally being able to quickly say that I had been asked to inquire on behalf of a client that both of us served, he told me it was none of my business at all and hung up on me. When relating my experience to "our" mutual client, I asked how many times this "trustee" had been to see him in a town 25 miles away in the last 20 years and his answer was "none". Low budget person and obviously a practice with no regard for my client and his needs or interests. Steer clear.
