I've been taking my 14-year old mini schnauzer here for 10+ years, and it's been a very positive experience! I am always pleased with her care while she is there, Mary is VERY compassionate and caring, which helps my furbaby's comfort level. The haircut is always great, and the care is even better, so I can drop her off and go to work and not worry about how she's doing, I KNOW she is being taken care of! I've taken my cat here a few times here as well for grooming, which was also a positive experience, I highly recommend this groomer. The price is also extremely reasonable, lower than most in the area. A+

This is the only groomer to take your dog to. They truly care about the dogs and do a wonderful job. I've even called to get health advice for my pup. Mary the owner is very compassionate and does a wonderful job; especially when it comes to catering to an older dog! Best part is they don't use cages!

These people will never it make it in business-I have called there several times to inquire about doggie day care as they advertise that as a service in their window; I have yet to receive even ONE return call. If this is how they conduct themselves, I can't imagine trusting them with a pet for any reason! In this economy, its hard to believe they feel they have so much business that they don't need to return a call such as this. Shame on them.

The best place to get your dog groomed! The service is so wonderful and personal. The workers there truly care about your pets. I work all day and they have no problem keeping my dog until I can pick her up. She always comes home not only looking wonderful but in such a happy mood from being in such a wonderful environment and being able to get out and play with other dogs. The prices at the Shaggy Dog are also cheap in my eyes since it is like getting a 2 in 1 deal for a dog groom and doggy daycare.
