As a Real Estate Professional, I've been offering information to my Buyers on using Lampl Settlement Services. I've found Elsie to be most attentive to my clients as many are first time Buyers and quite overwhelmed with all that is needed to complete their transaction. Elsie is quite gentle in her approach and will explain quite thoroughly the paperwork and if further explanation is needed, she makes sure to break it down a little bit more so that all is understood. I've found Elsie's pricing to be quite competitive and actually probably lower than most Attorneys/Settlement companies is the Greensburg area. In the past, I've used Elsie to close at our office, her office, a coffee shop and even at McDonald's or Panera Bread.
