8/24/2020 -I won a civil case at the Magistrate's office against the owner of Pet Haven on 11/19/2019. I was awarded $2,694.75, which was to be paid in full by 12/19/2019. He made 2 payments, the last being February 2020. To date, he still owes me 1/3 of the $$$. I advised him I plan to file with the Sheriff the Writ of Execution of the judgement awarded to me. Today I was THREATENED via E-mail from the owner that he will send the check, BUT that if I CASH THE CHECK, that he will DESECRATE my CAT'S GRAVE BY REMOVING THE TOMBSTONE... I will be proceeding with the writ of execution through the Sheriff next week if the check does not arrive. And if the check does arrive, I plan to CASH it, and if he removes the stone, I will seek legal action..... AGAIN!

I won a civil case at the Magistrate's office against the owner of Pet Haven on 11/19/2019 and was awarded $2,694.75. To date (today is 7/3/2020). HE STILL OWES ME ONE-THIRD OF THIS MONEY. It was to be PAID IN FULL by December 19, 2019. I have numerous e-mails from him saying "check is coming this week and "check is in the mail", etc. (lol) However, it is now over 6 months later from the date this money was to be paid in full, and the last 1/3 OF THE MONEY OWED TO ME NEVER ARRIVED. So this leaves me with no choice but to file for a judgment from the Prothonotary's office to acquire a writ of garnishment/writ of execution to collect the last ONE THIRD of my owed money...

Scott was very kind and compassionate I don't care about the nasty remarks anyone made my experience was one that made this hard and sad time in my life easier. They took time with me made sure I knew what was happening with my dog though the whole process..DR. HILL the best veterinarian trusted my dog to Scott Valerio and I am so glad he did.. I am beyond pleased with my experience with Pet Haven my sister has her dog buried there and I wanted to have mine cremated. Both her and I had the most comfortable and helpful, compassionate and heartfelt help with our beloved pets...I would recommend Pet Haven to my friends..As I said before my Veterinarian Dr. Hill trusts Pet Haven and I trusted my Veterinarian with my dogs LIFE.. and I trusted he would do the very best for her after her life was over he handed my best friend my dog (Carmel) to Scott and Pet Haven to treat her with respect and dignity and that's what Scott did..and thank you Val for your sweetness in my time of extreme grief..
