The lady I guess the owner was VERY RUDE. I will never go back to this store ever again it was a horrible experience for me and my mother.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I had the worse shopping experience ever! They were VERY rude, following me and my mother throughout the store without ever offering any assistance, only glaring at our every move. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I refuse to patronize a store that does not respect me, or my money, so we walked out without making our planned purchases. Their loss, certainly not ours!!! Please don't spend your money where you are not appreciated!!!!

i went to this store because my cousin was recently diagnosed with cancer and didnt know what i was looking for. the lady there is so nice and told me everything i needed to know about wigs and i found the perfect one for my cousin. i would highly recommend them for excellent customer service!

I'm not sure why this place gets so many bad reviews! I've been coming to this beauty supply store for years with my mom and my aunt, and I would recommend it to anyone. The older lady is really nice and remembers my children's name and always asks me how they're doing. They have a good selection of wigs and price is reasonable!

Wow! Nevermind the bad reviews below. I actually had an awesome time at this place. They have so many hair pieces, extensions, supplies to choose from. I had just moved back to the area and this place was the perfect place to choose for hair accessories and such. The service was really good and they were wicked nice to me. I don't understand why people would trash this place or say the service is rude. They welcomed me with open arms practically lol. What's all the fuss about? Anyhoo I will definitely be back to this place again. If I need anything this place is it. Great service experience and wicked nice people. That's all I got to say. ;)

Horrible service. Came into the store to purchase extensions. The older woman that was probably the owner was extremely rude and followed me throughout the store! I felt uncomfortable and decided to leave. The owners stared me down until I left. Never coming back again. They don't care about the business and are discriminatory as well.

This place is hideous! Since when a customer can't go to a business with a stroller? The lady there is extremely rude!! As soon as you walk in, you feel as if all eyes are on you and you're there to steal! I also felt rushed during another time and she was not willing to show me the more expensive extensions, saying, "too expensive" excuse me? I will not go back to this hideous place. We let you in our country and open stores, so the least you can do is respect your customers!

I was about to buy a wig and the package was open and the wig began to slide out. As I was trying to push it back in the package the man working there began to yell at me in front of my children not to take the wig out. As I was explaining that the package was already open, he snatched it from me. I told him I was about to purchase it but I will NEVER shop there again. Rude and discriminatory.

i went to the store having no idea what to get and the lady there helped me get the wig that i wanted. i saw people there who were getting upset because they wanted to try 50 diff wigs but the store policy was printed out in the store and she told me i could only try on 3 wigs. i was okay with that. i had a relaxed experience.

i would not recommend this beauty store to anyone...the female older is very very very rude. i went looking for some hair extensions and she refused to even show them to me saying she is busy. i was in SHOCK ... to make sure i had the right understand i even asked her are you refusing to show me hair and she said "go im busy,we dont care"...i would never return to that beauty store and the prices are too high..if you are looking for a beauty store and dont want to catch a charge for being disrespected i would def recommend a different store...this store does not ever deserve 1 star

When I first started going there I never realized how rude the owners are until today. They will stare you down until you go to the counter and buy something, then walk back to where you are and make sure you have not taken any items. They discriminate thinking you do not realize they are watching you, but quickly smile in your face when they realize you are looking. I would not recommend this store to anyone. There are plenty of other hair stores I would suggest then to go to this place. I was so upset that I confronted them and the only thing they did was laugh. I will never ever go back to this place again and I hope they shut down real soon.
