We contacted Trimont Appliance Repair through our home warranty company for washing machine issues. It took two visits with Tony attempting to recreate the problem to make a diagnosis. Recreating the leak was unsuccessful so Tony had to make an educated and professional assumption on the issue and parts needed. He advised that he would order the parts. We've been waiting on parts over a month, and the work order has been open for approximately two months. Tony is a very professional and competent technician. My problem is $100 has been spent and I'm still waiting for parts to be delivered and installed. Is there an issue between The warranty company and Trimont?

Tony was very professional and helpful. Our washing machine is currently broken and he came to our home to make the repair. He worked fast and was very polite. We will definitely request for his service again.

Tony was GREAT! He was flexible with his time to meet me when convenient to get off work. He was prompt, courteous and fast! We will be using him for all our appliance repairs!

I called Tony on Monday at 4pm and scheduled a service call for 9am Tuesday morning. Tony was at my house by 8:30am and ready to work. He was very courteous and extremely competent! My LG refrigerator had stopped working over the weekend and I was in full panic. He was very reassuring and knowledgeable. He went straight to work and had the fridge fixed and running within 30-45 min. Fortunately it was just the relay switch that had blown and he had the replacement part with him! The cost was very reasonable. This is a very reputable, knowledgeable and honest company and I will certainly use them for any future needs. In fact, I had a separate issue with an icemaker that stopped working 1 1/2 years ago but I hadn't done anything about. He took a look and immediately knew what the problem was! He is ordering the part and will make that repair for me as well. I have also already spread the word to my family and friends regarding my recommendation for this company. Highly recommend!!
