The staff is courteous, helpful, efficient and personable. The doctor is friendly, patient and thorough. I've always had a hard time getting the perfect prescription for my right eye that has astigmatism, but the doctor was so understanding and patient that he figured out the best possible prescription for my right eye. Furthermore, I strongly believe that if you want to judge someone, look at how they treat their employees as opposed to how they treat their fellow doctors or superiors: the doctor didn't delegate coffee duty to his employees; instead he asked me himself if I'd like a cup of coffee. Dock was amazing in terms of helping me pick glasses. I had browsed before my appointment and hadn't found anything I particularly liked. Dock selected three initial pairs for me to try one and the ones I adored--and ordered!--were number two. He was warm and accommodating. I've never had such a wonderful experience with an eye exam and I highly recommend them to everyone.
