I have always purchased from Schiffman's but I will no longer do so. I was looking to replace a diamond in a ring and the owners did not even act interested. The young sales girl would ask them questions but they would just respond minimally. The sales girl needed help and more importantly, I did too and did not get much. They lost a good customer.
