No customer service whatsoever. I've been able to email one customer service person, but the store is not open to the public, and no one at the Greensboro location answers the phone or returns voice mails. I going to purchase work boots from this company because my employer offers a discount through them, but that's not going to happen since they appear to be closed. Too bad they can't change their greeting message or at least note on their website. Very frustrating.
