I begged my husband for a new living room set and finally found a set we both liked at Rooms to Go (RTG) in Greensboro, NC. We spent over 3,000 on the entire set and received "ok" service from the salesman. Then delivery day came, 3 weeks later, and the lamps that came with the set had one that was broken. The delivery guy announced that they do not actually work for RTG but that they would notify their company who would notify RTG that the lamp was damaged. Two days later a RTG representative called to arrange the delivery of our new lamp for three weeks out which meant another day of having to get off work! So the delivery date came and I sat all day at homw waiting for the driver to show up with my lamp since he was due between noon and four. At almost five o'clock the driver FINALLY showed up with ANOTHER BROKEN LAMP! This time it is gonna be more than a month before a replacement lamp can be sent out to us! That means another day of lost wages!!!! The week before our lamp was suppose to be delivered we get a message stating that the delivery driver arrived to deliver the lamp but no one was home! My husband had to call and cuss them out o make them reschedule a delivery time on the date thay they had originally agreed to!! When that day came around my husband took off work and sat home ALL DAY waiting for them to deliver one freaking lamp!!!! What a bunch of idiots! I wil NEVER EVER buy from them again and WILL NEVER send anyone there to shop again!!!!
