Happy that she uses email & text options for reminders. I hate listening to voicemail. Min, my Jindo doesn't like many people and I told her that up front. She took a passive approach to greeting Min and explained it to me as she did it. Min took to her quickly. I was so happy & impressed. Made another appointment for 8 weeks. Not worried about missing it with her reminder system.

Just wanted to say how much Louie and I love this service. Christy arrived right on time, and Louie got the best cut ever. This is so convenient, and Christy is professional and kind. Louie went into the mobile in need of a good groom, and came out sparkling clean, and handsome, with exactly the cut I wanted, done beautifully! Thank you Rambling Dog Life. You rock!
