I had an issue with my damages and few of my expensive stuff went missing. The President of the company, personally came back and addressed the situation. Although it took them two years to come back, however, they atleast did. :-)

We had to call a moving company for the first time as we accumulated too much stuff over these years and would not be able to move it to another state on our own. MBM estimator gave us a reasonable quote and we signed a contract.

Our moving team, very nice and friendly fellows, arrived as scheduled and did the job swiftly with no accidents.

There were no items missing when we took a delivery of our furniture. Everything was in the original condition.

I’ve hired MBM movers 3 times already for their diligent and professional service. They were always on time and worked fast with attention to items protection while wrapping and moving furniture. I won’t hesitate to use them again or recommend to anyone looking for movers.

I had the single most horrid experience with this company. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Most of my things are broken, dented, or otherwise damaged. They don't care and they return none of their calls.

This is the worst company with whom I've ever worked...for anything. They lie, lie, lie, rude on the phone, never return calls, fail to compensate appropriately and legally. RUN.

When I called MBM Moving Systems for a quote, a pleasant and knowledgeable representative answered, and we went through a long questionnaire before scheduling an appointment for a final in-house estimate.

MBM relocation specialist called me to confirm our appointment a day beforehand. He arrived on scheduled time and provided me with a detailed estimate after inspection. The relocation was scheduled.

All there left to say is that my stuff was delivered in time to my new home in Miami. I got my belongings in the same condition they left my old house.

Should another relocation happen in my life, MBM is the company I’ll give a call.

When I got into Bowling Green University, my mom didn't waste time finding a moving company. Even though I knew she was going to miss me, she wanted to make sure I had the moving help I needed. A full month before my move she hired MBM Moving Systems. The movers were friendly and talked to me about all of the things that I needed them to move. I was upset because they ripped some of the posters that I've had since junior high, but they ended up paying for it.

When my husband got transferred to a job in Jackson, I wasn't happy about having to move. Our two boys loved living in Charlotte and it was really where our family came together. But thankfully, MBM Moving Systems helped us pick up the pieces and got us ready for moving day. I requested a nice, big moving truck to get everything out of our two-bedroom home in one trip. I wanted to help out so I made the movers lemonade to keep them hydrated while they worked. Anyway, I just wanted to take some time to tell people about my experience with MBM.

I was never a huge believer in moving companies. I always thought that they were too expensive and took advantage of customers. But MBM proved me wrong and delivered all of my furniture to Chicago at a reasonable price. If I have to move again in the future, I would call MBM.

I had no problems with MBM at all. They were really nice over the phone and I got all my stuff on time and without damage.

Move isnt done yet but they came yesterday and I'm impressed with the job they did and the time they did it in. I'll update again when the move is over

The movers who came for me were late but seemed very honest. Encouraged me to check to make sure nothing was damaged during the move. Impressed by that

They were careful and covered my stuff so that it wouldn't get wet in the rain. Considerate and smart. Nothing damaged.

This company is awful. They damaged our furniture and would not honor our claim. We involved the Better Business Bureau, who was very helpful, and we have been repeatedly lied to about an impending settlement. This all happened in early July. Here is almost the 1st of the year - and nothing.

Movers took over 12 hours to pack because they didn't have enough men. They wanted "cash" for disassembling a bookshelf. They code every piece of furniture with letters and numbers on the inventory list. Later I came to find out the codes were for "soiled", "scratched", "broken", "chipped", "bent", "dented"...etc. They coded every single piece of furniture as damaged, even brand new pieces, in perfect condition, to protect themselves from claims - This is fraud! Also, you have to sign the delivery form, claiming you have received all items. If not, they won't deliver your stuff. I was told I had 60 days to unpack and make sure everything was there. I unpacked in a week and then called to complain about some items missing. They never reimbursed me for them because they claim I signed a delivery sheet. Also, all items that were damaged, were not paid because I signed before unpacking everything.

Also, beware that this company will not pay for any damage they make in your house. My floors were scratched and they made a 16' hole on the wall that I had to pay for. SHOP ELSEWHERE!
