Long story short: In one day, they solved a crisis that would’ve been an emotional disaster for a local family that suffered the loss of their Mom. It was more than ink on paper. Nick and Steve printed and delivered 600 booklets in 4 hours with no advance notice. They were trusted and depended on to get it done right. I have no idea what other orders were on their desks, they made me feel like mine was the only one.
