Nick and Zach were courteous and to answering my questions to ensure they could spray any areas in or around the house requested. For example, we had numerous spider eggs underneath our gutter and some ants in the house (probably from the hurricane); Nick and Zach removed the spider eggs, checked to see where the ants may have been coming from, and sprayed that location.

They even asked to keep them posted on any issues with the ants, which is appreciated! ClearDefense Pest Control provides a sense of peacefulness, whether outside or inside the house, or ants, spiders, or those pesky mosquitoes! I Highly recommend them!

Josh completed service today and made sure to follow up on previous service concerns.

Ricky with Clear Defense came to service my home. He called ahead to ask if he could come earlier (much appreciated), he advised to everything he would be doing during his visit (much appreciated), he was personable, precise and prompt! All 3 "P's" I appreciate in a partner. I just switched over to Clear Defense from another vendor where I did receive this type service with my technician/friend, but he moved on to bigger and better and unfortunately his outstanding service went with him. Ricky provided that level of service and I am thankful to have had him be my second point of contact with CD! Ricky keep up the good work!

Jacob of Clear Defense did our quarterly treatment today. He was very professional. He did a very thorough and professional job. He identified a beetle bug for us that we did not know what it was which their treatment had killed. We would highly recommend this company if you need a pest control company.

I switched to Clear Dense about three years ago after using another highly rated Guilford County Pest Control Service for several years. I have been, and continue to be, absolutely delighted with that decision to change. After speaking with Amber in the office today, she was able to contact my service technician to change the time for my service call. Amber was terrific. She contacted my service Tech (Keon) who showed up on time (even a little early), discussed my property’s needs, addressed my concerns and proceeded to do a comprehensive and thorough service. Ricky with Clear Defense was stellar. He was punctual, professional, and payed close attention to detail. He went the extra mile to thoroughly treat the yard, exterior, and interior of our home. We had so many cobwebs around the home we just moved into, which is situated in a wooded lot. Ricky took his time to remove them all, even those on the higher parts of the home ; truly honoring their web free guarantee. I am more than satisfied with the initial visit!!! Highly recommended company. And again, Ricky was amazing and deserves a promotion. Its obvious he cares and is truly a hard worker!!!
