What an amazing change in our life Robert from Carolina Fresh Water has provided to us. Robert a relaxed and fun guy from Germany was our water tester. He is extremely polite, very well educated and showed us the results we had in our water. What we did not tell him nor his company is that we had another company come out about 2 weeks prior to test our water. Their sales rep was very nice, yet totally pushy and tried to scare us into purchasing a total home system. Robert from Carolina Fresh Water on the other hand, had never tried to sell us nor did he scare us. He simply tested our water and educated us about solutions for our particular situation. We are absolutely delighted that we choose Carolina Fresh Water and their solutions. After about 2 weeks I saw how the eczema on both of our children started to disappear. We give Carolina Fresh Water a 5 STAR rating and highly recommend them to anyone.

The water filtration and water softener systems are great! In fact, it's noticeable how much the water has improved. And the overall service I received has been good. It's not the product they provide but the sales tactics and deception that's the problem. I do not recommend this company because of sales tactics.

Here's the reason for my rating. So the system I recieved was $7,995 for $120 a month for 5 years at. With below 1% apr, which is what the Salesman (Steve Arnao) told me. After talking to the finance company they provided it's $80 a month for 12 months at 5.9% Apr than $120 a month for the remainder of the amount at 13.9%. The loan is not 5 years but close to 7.

Don't buy from them, the sales tactics are very misleading.. If you do talk to them than just don't let them install anything until you've spoken to the finance company.
