This is THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE ! I have lived in their apartment complex for 2 years and I can not believe I stayed for so long. The people who work in the leasing office are very very rude and they do not care about any of your issues. The management is even worst believe it or not. There has been times when things were taken out of my apartment and when I went to the office to ask they barley even listened to me. Then just said there is nothing we can do to get me to leave. That was the last straw I had to leave after that.

When you go in the leasing office they don't even acknowledge you, they wait unit they are well and ready. The only reason this place is still up and running is because students are blinded by their specials and extremely cheap fully furnished apartments that you end up paying for because they get damaged so easily. Please take your refund check and stay in place where you and your things will be valued. I have even had neighbors who they MADE MOVE without even asking OUTSIDE of their leasing agreement. This is just a warning

I have lived here two years and I'm counting the days till I move. The office is unorganized incompetent and heartless. I was charged over $300 in overages and when I asked questions they called the cops. In the end I only owed $30. The children that work in the office are rude and disrespectful. My rent increased almost $150 in two years. They call And harrass Residents to renew and They even knocked on my Door after 10, trying to Get Me to renew my lease.I warn you not to waste your time at riverwalk, campus habitat, campus green, or whatever they call themselves. The only decent people working there are the maintenance people. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT LIVE HERE.

If I have a problem, I make an appoinment to speak with someone in management in the office because being a senior in college this year, I know that I'm busy and I'm sure they are as well. The reason that students work in the office is for development beyond their academic training and learning how to address common issues with their peers. There is no need to involve management when I can explain your utility bill to you, as I pay the same bill. Also, Campus Habitat is the ONLY STUDENT HOUSING THAT USES the Greensboro Police Department as courtesy officers, who have worked with management to evict many of your peers for any activities against the terms of the lease, and inform the university as well, and the only student housing community in the area to spend MILLIONS of dollars so that the Campus Habitat residents would have great amenities, free furniture, and a sparkling clubhouse and pool.



If you call the office, they will place you on the pest control list. If you did not call, that is not the fault of the office. I, and my parents feel that Campus Habitat is a great value, beautiful place to live near my school, and this year, I did not have to buy any furniture. I pay my rent on time, and have not had any problems. I think it is always a way to handle a situation and the staff at Campus Habitat is very helpful, when you handle situations in a professional and polite manner. I have renewed and brought 2 friends. I love Campus Habitat!

This is the most horrible place ever!!!!! There are lots of drug dealers that live within the neighborhood. The management is horrible. When you ask or go to speak to the manager, she is never available. They have students that don't know what they are doing handling everything. The houses have huge cricket spiders and water bugs. They will try to charge you ridiculous extra fees that they can't explain how they occurred.

do not live here ever!! the people are horrible and will try to find a way to make you pay extra money. mgt sucks big time .. its not worth the time
