Had a bad back up, tried 3 other companies that were supposedly been highly recommended. Able came out swiftly..Alex the plumber was Awesome!!!...The owner was extremely pleasant and very courteous...will deal with no one else from this point....

I started working with Able sewer and drain over 6 years ago. I own a small plumbing company in greensboro.
Due to the size of my company, I have Able do all my drain cleaning.
I have been very impressed by their response time and lack of any call backs. From the professionalism on the phone, to their compidence to complete the job, I'm sold.
The comtroller, who happens to be the owner, infuses a personal side to the business as well

I was having a serious issue in my home with a backup issue. One and a half hours after calling Able, Alex arrived at my home and repaired the blockage at the front of my home. I will use these folks from now on! Great customer service!

We recently moved to Greensboro, and we have been trying to find the right people for the various services that we need. Finding the right plumber has been one of the most difficult. I read about Able Sewer & Drain Cleaning on the YP site, looked at the excellent reviews and decided to try them. They certainly exceeded our expectations. They scheduled a service appointment for within two hours of my initial call, came when they said they would and completed the work quickly. Mike and Wesley were respectful of our home and, when they left, there was no mess left behind. The charges were fair. Most of all, I was impressed with all of the people. They seem to be not only very nice, but also very professional. We highly recommend them, and we will continue to use their services.

Able Sewer and Drain Service is exceptional! We had been suffering with partially or fully clogged drains throughout the house for weeks and tried every home remedy possible to clear them. I was terrified to call a plumber because of the potential cost. From the first phone call I knew I had called the right place. Christy was friendly and forthright about the potential problem(s) and made arrangements to have a plumber there right away (even on a Friday evening!) They were knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and FAST! They were in and out in less than an hour! No hidden or unnecessary charges and extremely reasonable pricing! Able Sewer and Drain came my Mothers rescue. No doubt I rate this company a 5 star. I loss my Dad February 19, 2015. During this time of sadness with My Moms home full of company visiting a plumbing problem occurred in the kitchen. With the weather brittle cold in the teens Able Sewer and Drain was called and was there within 15 mins. Not only did they have go on the roof in the dark and freezing cold we received deepest sympathy about my Fathers passing. In all courtsey of this business they charged not one penny in this time of need. Hats off to the Employees of Able Sewer and Drain!!!! I refer this Company to anyone in the need of Plumbing Problems!!

They tell me price on phone and say they discount 10 percent for cash but charge me for full price if i pay check? Sounds very shady to me and man who do work very very angry man. Lady tell lies on phone.no use they again

I am single mom of 3 small children and recently had some plumbing problems and was very aprehensive about having someone in my home. I did a lot of research and even called the BBB before making my final decision. Able Sewer and Drain came highly recommended from all of my sources and now I see why they've been in business for 49 years. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and fixed my problem promptly while answering any questions I had. I will always call Able Sewer & Drain for all of my future sewer, plumbing & drain problems. I am a very satisfied customer and have already referred them to all of my family & friends.

Able Sewer & Drain had excellent prices and were able to fix my problem. They did great work and were able to unclog a drain two other companies had tried to do and charged me for. They also found a leak under my house that a plumber had overlooked. I will use them in the future because it's hard to find honest people that don't try to rip you off.

Great service and a quick response

They just came to look at the problem and said that they can't fix it but still charge full hour for it. I never use them again but if you call them, it is good idea to ask them up front how much they charge just to show up.

Micheal with able sewer and drain saved us time and money! We just bought out house four days ago and had some backed up toliets and tubs. I called Able sewer and drain and micheal walked me thru the whole thing giving me shortcuts and things to do to make it easier and less costly on us. He was prompt the next morning and had the problem fixed in no time! I will always use them for all my drainage needs and would refer them to all my friends and family. It's nice to know we still have honest people in the community that will help in time of need!!

They were able to save me time and money! They did the job in half the time the other companies told me it would take. Great work Able!!!

This is the last company I used and will also be the next. They were quick at the work and quick to arrive. They did a good job and never overcharged, that sold me. I will use them in the future because they seem to be a good professional company.
