As a dining venue 1618 is charming, interesting artworks displayed, efficient wait staff and scrumptious food prepared always in an interesting manner. We were proud to take our seriously sophisticated European house guest for a Saturday night meal and he was most impressed and interested in the concept of a new use for an older building, and he loved every morsel of his dinner!!
