Reynolds Plantation, formerly known as Linger Longer, is a golf and lake community. Based in Greensboro, Ga., the community offers a variety of facilities, including five golf courses, Oconee and other lakes, swimming pools, tennis courts, walking trails, and fitness centers. Reynolds Plantation provides several other facilities, such as clubhouses for dining, and two full-service marinas with dry dock storage, charter fishing and boat rentals. Its lodge offers more than 250 rooms, and dining and spa facilities. The community also provides several interest and hobby clubs. Reynolds Plantation provides site-built homes with a variety of features, floor plans and other options. It also features maintenance-free communities, including family town homes, villas, condos and cottages.
