Approximately 4 years ago (2017) Joe and his guys seemed to do really great work. I thought he delivered on all that was promised. The first week of September, 2021, my roof had leaked and stained my ceiling that I painted 3 months prior. I have spoken to Rihanna in the "office" 6 or 7 times for warranty work. She told Joe, she said, each time. It took 4 weeks for someone to come by and he couldn't figure out the leak. Almost five more weeks have passed since. No word from Perfect Pitch. I told Rihanna I'd have repairs made and send them the bill -- and again, have not been called back. How many stars to you give people who just tell you what you want to hear?
