The individual departments don't speak to each other as no one seems to know what is going on when asked for information on personal cases or simply about products. Little to no important information given when using their services. Glad MassHealth dropped them so I could search a replacement service.

If they had anything lower than one star I would check that. Worst service I ever had anywhere. I don't see how they stay in business. I am still waiting for the call to be returned as soon as possible. I guess it is impossible.

A most frustrating company to deal with. Often difficult to get the supplies you need. They promise to mail them and you never get them and have to call and call.

Baystate Home Infusion in Greenfield can't seem to get my simple c-pap supply refill order correct. The automated system doesn't allow the patient to correct any errors on the order, so they continually send me incorrect supplies. Then I have to go up to the store, I live in Deerfield, return the order, and wait for them to fill it correctly. No one in the store seems to know how to correct the problem because this continues to happen over and over. I don't understand why they can not fix the problem. I am currently looking for another medical supply store because I can't stand dealing with this company any longer. Awful.
