They start you out at comparible rates to other services then begin slowy inscreasing them with every passing bill. When you call in to canel they offer to lower your bill to match competitor's then begin slowly increasing it again. I went through this cycle for about 9 years and finally cancelled. That's when I was charged all sorts of fees which would damn near pay for another companies service for 6 months.
