So my mother come up ordered a pizza of which it wasn't done when brought to the servers attention (Brooke) she told my mother maybe it will be better next time, when talked to management about this she said to talk with the store manager in morning at 11am piss poor place n piss poor people working at it

Ordered 35$ worth of pizza and wings last night the 29th of December. Pizza was tough as leather, we ordered parmesan cheese, peppers seeds, napkins, garlic butter needless to say they didn't send any of it. Called manager and they wanted delivery guy to come back, and make us wait for 3 more pizzas. Our pizzas were cold when arrived. Sorry service, considering other places after all this, been a longtime customer an have been trying to give them amble opportunities to upgrade the services but looks like they aren't able to fix anything. We tipped the delivery guy for his efforts cause it (I assume) wasn't his fault. Why are they even open?!

Ordered for lunch today. Bread sticks was tough and stale not fresh. Also requested Parmesan cheese for my pasta and did not receive it.

Needs a lot of work. Sadly disappointed. Needs a face lift. Looks old.

I suggest that you never go there for the lunch buffet. Service is the worst of any in town. The food quality drops greatly for the lunch buffet over the regular pizza's you get when they are full price. If you go drinks alot befor you go since it is almost impossible to get a drink refill.
