I trie to call about getting my hair cut since it said they closed at 6pm today but was informed they were closing as soon as they were done with someone’s hair coloring so they didn’t even give me time to ask anything! I don’t like that they choose when they want work not what the website states!

I had my hair cut and colored by Courtney, she is wonderful! Will most definitely be back to see her!

Alison colored my hair after 4 days I washed it and most of my red fadded out. I went to the salon the next day and showed her had an appointment to get it fixed and she wanted more money after I paid $80 to have my color done and it washed out first time. Most people would fix this the first time for free.

Do not go here if you want color. It will fade out after one wash and want to charge you again to put color back in it. Alison says she guarantees her work and don't care to take your money but when it washes out after only one wash she should fix it for free. She buys the products to color hair not customers.

I have gone to many, many hair stylists both in Johnson City and Greeneville and I have never walked out of one of those salons so thrilled about a haircut as I did today.... Whitney Laws did my hair and she did a fabulous job. She was recommended to me by someone I met in Johnson City... You are doing yourself a great injustice but not making an appointment with her and let her make you feel as good about yourself as she did for me.... Thanks so much Whitney!!!!
