Beautiful Brick and Stone products. Good fireplace but poor paint on fireplace - peeled with painters tape during stone install. Inconsistent customer service, delayed follow up calls to questions, ordered wrong material quantities on stone but blamed customer, did not stand behind quoted prices on stone. Argumentative and disrespectful when dealing with us directly told they prefer to deal with general contractor only.
