Power wants $1,175 for Warranty replacement! Inner pane of sliding glass door shattered with Nobody in room. Power claims it could not have broken without impact. There was No Impact!! Power's Warranty Is Trash!!

Relentless in calling my home. Day after day. Multiple times daily. When I did speak to the man on the phone and asked what he wanted he only wanted to speak to my husband. I told him he could speak with me and he declined and continued to ask to speak only to him. Newsflash. When speaking to a wife don't be rude, ultimately you would have to work with me anyway. But you will never have work here.

Our Homeowners Association, Woodbridge Crossing HOIA, has two signs posted at the entranceway to notify all visitors that door-to-door soliciting is not allowed. This past Monday several sales representatives from Power Home Remodeling canvassed our neighborhood and even when advised soliciting was not allowed, rudely indicated they "didn't care" about the restrictions, and kept on knocking on neighborhood doors. This definitely is not the practice of a reputable company.

Disappointed in my estimation today. They scheduled the appointment last week for today at 5:30. So they called to confirm the appointment at 4:15. Received a call back 5 minutes later canceling the appointment. I cleared my evening out just for this appointment.

I do side work and I lost $125 today because I canceled installing a storm door so I could be here for this appointment. Now they want me to clear another day out for them. Sorry I lost money today I am not loosing out on money again another day. If the estimate went this way how is the work going to go?

Because of this I will not be doing business with your company.

This company has relentlessly called my home phone even when Ive asked them to stop calling. We have told them we are NOT interested in any of their services and they still call us all day every day. This is harassment.

Someone from your company called about a inquiry I did on the Internet when I told them I had already gotten someone to do the job the person didn't say anything they just hung up I think that is rude and very poor customer service whoever called needs a refresher course in customer service

Every day for months, I have been getting unsolicited calls from 240-542-0185. Stop calling me and I will remove this review.

We have been very pleased with Power as a whole. They have been prompt, efficient, and hard working. The roof looks great and we would recommend,

Power HRG replaced our living room window. The salesperson, Zach Cecil was the best part of our experience. he is very personable, and professional. he is easy to talk to and we would consider him a friend now. He really helped us decide on the best way to start a project on our house. The window looks great and we would definitely refer Power to anyone interssted in home remodeling.

Powher HRG is a great company. They are very thorough in every aspect. They always keep in close communication. They are always on time and finish when they say they will finish. They are clean during the install and their Warranty department fixes anything, any time, at no cost, EVER. Hands down, the best home remodeling company in the business.

The whole process was very positive, everyone we dealt with has been great! We definitely wanted a very energy efficient window we wouldn't have to worry about doing again in the future, we're so glad we've got that now with these Power windows!

Great experience with Power, they finished our roof in 1 day (which they tell you upfront but I was skeptical) and it looks so good! We've 50 years on this thing so I'm happy to never have to do it again.

We're very happy with our experience of having windows replaced by Power HRG. The installers were prompt, didn't even take a lunch break and showed us how to work everything once finished.

Power is a very knowledgeable company. They go into great detail about what exactly is going to happen on the house. We are a refereed customer from my sister. She also did siding and couldn't say enough great things about Power. She said we would be unbelievable satisfied, AND SHE WAS RIGHT. We can 100% guarantee we got our monies worth, and some. They were very clean and organized during the install and didn't leave a single bit of trash behind. People keep slowing down as they pass our house to take pictures and notice the complete transformation of the house

The sales representitave was very personable and this was important for me because, it presented an ease in doing business. The team that installed the windows were professional and stayed on task in installing the windows efficiently and expediently. I am also impressed that a agent came out to inspect the labor, and then another rep came out to follow-up and another

inspection and discuss the warranty and payment plan.

I am FED UP with the calls to my home. Get this straight: I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! A legitimate business does not call someone on the DO NOT CALL registry, first of all, and secondly, the one estimate I received from your so-called sales rep was 3 times what I eventually paid for a roof with which I am more than satisfied.

In addition, this spring, another sales rep stopped by and LIED IN MY FACE that your company had a permit from the Town of Mt. Airy to solicit door to door, a fact that was contradicted by the town, itself, when I called to check and then to complain.



If you don’t cease and desist these calls, you will wish you had!!!!!!!!!!!!

Power is an excellent company. They have a great roof system. The roof is the main part of the house and we feel great about never having to worry about it it forever. Our house is 100 year old and it will last 100 more, at least.

I was very happy with the product I ended up with. Power replaced my front egg crate window with 9 custom picture windows and it looks fantastic.

The most impressive aspect of this company I can say is that we completely trusted them from start to finish. Everyone has been extremely pleasant and professional as well. It's a relief to find a great company like Power. We love our windows and look forward to replacing more.

I chose power to replace my old wooden door on the front of my home, and they did great. The job was quick and easy, and the installer Matt came and finished the project in just a few hours. They have hundreds of door styles to choose from and the consultant Chris did a great job helping me find the one i loved. The new door looks incredible and the price was reasonable compared the other companies i looked at. Overall i couldnt be happier with Power HRG.
