Calling the Greenacres Walmart on Forrest Hill. The phone rang for 6 1/2 minutes before being put on hold by an automated system. After 9 1/2 minutes finally got a human voice. After 25 minutes I hung up! If I ran my business this way, I'd be OUT OF BUSINESS very soon!! Poor management and despicable customer service!! But you a conglomerate, you can do anything you want?

I was shopping at the greenacres walmart when I heard a man screaming at walmart employees. I asked another walmart employee who that man was and she said it was store manager Larry. I cant even believe the things he was saying to them, he makes 6 figures a year and if they dont do as he says they will be without a job! I will never shop here again, I cant shop in that kind of atmosphere!

Since they remodeled this store...everyone is very nice, if you need something they will help you. They have a bakery and deli unlike the new store in Palm Springs ( I live closer to Palm Springs ) but I will stay at this store on Forest Hill, I like it much better

When you call the store no one answers the phone. When they finally come to the phone they put you on hold for eternity...bad cusstomer services over the phone..
