Been going here almost 2 years, WAS amazing, affordable/did the job right. Carmen was nice then started yelling on the phone saying I'm late picking up my dog .. 5 min late yet It wasn't closing time. Called the other day picked up no appointments until Saturday, called again to say what time would be good for me-never answered. Called atleast 20 times left voicemails nothing! Had to go to the place to get an appt! Never again

I know Carmen for years and very good person and very honest. She's not the owner But she adds a lot of Quality talent to the Business!:)

The owner of this place Carmen doesn't know how to talk to customers. She is very rude and not communication at all. My husband make appointment to take our dog on Friday, and I take myself today to the appointment, as soon she saw my dog, she started screaming and had very bad attitude with me and my dog, even my dog barking her. So I don't recommend this place, is very bad because of her.
