Got us on our way quickly

My daughter and I were traveling from Washington to Denver this weekend when we lost 3 of our 5 gears. Doing a search of transmission repair shops in central Wyoming we found Advanced Transmissions in Green River. We could not have found a better place. There are no Volkswagen dealerships in Wyoming, and a part would have had to have been ordered from Germany with a wait time of 3 weeks. Bob Wurm used creativity and ingenuity to hook the linkages back together and send us on our way by the time we had eaten lunch and looked around the town. We drove another 600 miles with all 5 gears. In addition he treated us professionally, didn't talk down to us, and didn't act as if we didn't know anything. Check him out when you are in Wyoming.
