A friend of mine just recently got "permanent makeup" here, had lips and eyebrows done. They butchered her. Her eyebrows were the wrong shade of color, as well as crooked and uneven... and her lip liners were just horrifying. I suggested she speak to an attorney, which she did... stay clear of this place.
