I have bringing my Cat here now for two years. She gets a Lions cut and every time I pick her she looks great. I appreciate that they don't do any sedation. I like that I drop her off early and pick her up before noon. Very convenient. Ellen also responds quickly and I appreciate that I can schedule through email. That's a super convenient perk. I do recommend bringing your pets here for grooming.

The quality of her grooming is exceptional; the quality of her care is a whole other story. My parents had been long term customers of Ellen's for approximately 15 years give or take. We had noticed none of our dogs enjoyed going to her shop but never really thought anything more of it. About 4 years ago we had brought in both of our St Bernards and as usual our female started acting up which of course riled up our male. Ellen must have seen that we were struggling to get the dogs in the shop so she came out to "help". She placed a slip leash around our males neck and proceeded to drag him through the parking lot from our truck to the shop entrance. Once the dogs were inside and kenneled she proceeded to tell my mom that she had cut her hand and that we needed to learn to control our dogs or find a new groomer because she couldn't afford to suffer any injuries. We chose to take her up on that offer, we now bring the dogs to Petco on the same side of town and couldn't be happier. The dogs walk in without a struggle, are never kenneled & we still receive quality service at a fair price.
