I made a reservation for a car between 10 and 11 got there at 10 and car wasn't ready! Was told reservation was made for 10:30! Yet when 10:30 came around car still wasn't ready! Windows were foggy from cigarette smoke and had dirt all over car! Had a half a tank of fuel! The car felt like the right rear was loose and unstable. I am a ASE certified auto tech and didn't feel real safe! Engine had excessive noise like about to come apart! When brought car back was told that I was going to be charged for smoking! Yet vehicle smelt like when I got in it and it wasn't detailed so I get charged extra for detail! Also threatened that If i smoke in another car again that I would be put on a do not rent list! I wanted to contest extra charges yet time wasn't on my side and I said If I deny I smoke in it your going to charge me no matter what! Very dissatisfied! Highly doubt that my pregnant wife nor I would smoke in a car! I highly recommend no one to rent after the treatment we received!

I am pretty pleased with the service and the cars and pricing. But I'm a bit cheesed that NO ONE told me about the loyalty program! When I was online booking my FOURTH rental one day, I noticed it. Gee, it would've been nice to get points for the last 3 rentals I had! Some "loyalty" program on THEIR end! Not cool.
