Had a serious roof water leak around our chimney. They gave us an estimate and completed the job promptly. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Called Blindauer after being referred by my sister. I purchased a home that the home inspector told me needed a "simple" resealing of the flashing and chimney cap. Since it was a busy time of year, one of the owners offered to stop by and see if it was a small job that could be completed quickly. In minutes he climbed on my roof and said the entire chimney needed to be torn down and replaced!!!!! I thought the first person that told me that was trying to take advantage of me. Since Blindauer was not in the mason business and had no opportunity to make a buck on the work, you can imagine my surprise and how grateful I was for their timely advice. Dean even took pictures for me (the home inspector had not) to see the huge cracks in the chimney obviously overlooked by the INSPECTOR!!!! I would hire them in a second for any roofing work (as my sister did) due to their honesty and quick response time. Such a pleasure to meet honest people these days!!!

Thought we found a gem, but alas...

If you're looking for a free estimate on roof repairs, beware. Was unpleasantly surprised when we got the bill for an hour of repair on our roof (charged for 2.75 hours). Good quality work but the cost was way more that we expected. With the amount of business offering free estimates, I would not use this company again. Thought we found a gem, but not the case here

They have been in business the longest and are one of the best! Everyone should give them the opportunity to bid on their roof replacement!
