Roasty's Diner is a local breakfast and lunch restaurant located in Downtown Greeley, Colorado. We serve a large variety of your favorite breakfast and lunch items all day, including daily homemade specials! Originally opened as Longs Peak Cafe over 70 years ago, then later renamed "Roasty's," it has remained family owned and operated ever since. Following the original owner's retirement, Roasty's was then run and grown by a local family until they listed the restaurant for sale in early 2022. Following tradition, Roasty's is now proudly owned and operated by a local Greeley family who have been regular customers at the diner for many years. The Roasty's team strives to uphold the best parts of the restaurant - tasty food, great service, and fostering of community. Stop in to see some familiar faces and the many updates that we have made to the diner!
