My husband has known the owner Jim for over 25 years, there is no question on who to use for our 3 homes in Greeley. The most recent purchase had a big problem, diagnosed by Doug from McCreary and Suns last week. The exhaust pipe (hidden from view) was not connected to the pipe exiting the attic. This caused low levels of carbon monoxide in myself when tested recently for work. Doug dropped a scope down from the roof on Jim's suggestion from a previous inspection. They are totally awesome!!! They will be back this week to correct the situation before our tennants move in.

This is like my library books- over due! But I have to tell others looking for a very professional & reliable furnace repair service about these guys! I was very pleased. I was out of town when my renter needd help. They did a thorough inspection -did not sell me what I didn't need & infact didn't sell me anything. Advised me I might need a part in the future but not now. Instead turns out the renter had to be advised about maintaining ventilation in the area. They also taught her how to reset it. They kept me up to date by phone & later I received a written report w/ exact actions taken & which of their repairman did the work. Now 14 months later (told u I was over due) I called them again & they arrived the next morning, assessed the trble, replaced a circuit board (had the part in stock) & all back to normal in 90 min total. A very professional repairman w/ 14 yrs experience, patient, articulated the trble & explained the testing & why I needed this part now. Great Company!

These guys are great. They installed a solar hot water system at my home in 1978! They have also serviced a rental I own in Greeley. I have never been disappointed by their service and honesty.
