We had to take our case to the Better Business Bureau simply to get them to return our phone calls. They're very dismissive and condescending.

Hometowne Roofing is a great company; very friendly, informative and do amazing work.. Sat down with me and went over my options in detail; color, type, gutters and stylish roof caps. Even replaced all vents covers and painted furnace exhaust shoot to be uniform. Highly recommend their services. Speedy and efficient and return calls in a timely manner. Also, they have down 2 roofs on 2 different houses for our family.

Actual roofers did good job, but owners messed up on rain gutter color I ordered. Took them forever to get job done. Left huge mess on our property we had to clean up, and owners fail to answer there phone or return messages!
Seems they try to rip off people as, well with hidden charges.
Be careful picking this company!

After a number of excuses, delays and best of all, dismissive attitudes, we were finally able to have our roof replaced. The roofing crew was fine but the office staff was terrible. NOT a professional group at all.

HomeTowne roofing is a breath of fresh air, they did everything as promised, under budget and before deadline, never has anyone do that before, I would greatly refer them to anyone looking for an Honest roofer.
