I bought a used Maytag Dryer over a year ago. They offered a one year warranty. Within a short time, it wasn't drying correctly. I called and they came, and advised that the problem was too much lint in my line (I have a very long line; the immediate area was clear but not the other end). Before they came, they said they would give me a loaner if they couldn't get it fixed in a reasonable time, but we didn't have to worry about that as we cleaned the lint and it was fine.

below average care of their customers. had problem with a burner on my range, first i was told it would be $60, but at the end of the job he charged me $100. with one month guarantee. before month was over,the burner in the range stopped working,and he came back and "fix" it. Now less than a month after he had gone twice to see this range it was not working again. he refused to go back and take a look, and he told me to stop bugging him because he was not going to fix the same problem and he refused to give me any credit or my money back.

Horrible costumer service. Warranty work takes anywhere from 1 week to 2 months. For the price of most of their Ranges you may as well just buy a new one for the quality. For being a business they really need to invest in someone that will answer the phone more than once a week. Can't say I will go back.

This guys are useless. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with my fridge. Charged me 30 dollars and left a mess
